Monthi Festh: Konchady Ward Celebrates Nativity as a Family

The Ward Members of Konchady ward along with their Gurkar Mrs Sheela D'Souza and Assistant Parish priest Rev Fr Kevin D'souza gathered for a ward meeting at the residence of Mrs Helen menezes, on tuesday 10 September  2024 at 7pm. Following the meeting, the ward members celebrated the feast of Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary. Mrs Sheela D'Souza welcomed the gathering. Rev Fr Kevin D'Souza recited a  prayer invoking God's blessings on the food and on every ward member. The ward members symbolically celebrated the feast by having the new corn in the dessert (payasam). After this there was a fraternal meal.
