Chowki Ward's Initiative to Clean Cemetery

The members of Chowki Ward under the leadership of their Gurkar Mr.Ronald Rodrigues joined together to tidy up the Cemetery of Most Holy Redeemer Church Derebail. 

After celebrating the Holy Mass on 24 June, 2023 at 5 PM, the members of Chowki Ward recited the chaplet of Divine Mercy and began the cleaning activity. About 15 members pulled out the weeds and cleared the grass that had grown within the cemetery. 

The Parish Priest Rev.Fr.Joseph Martis appreciated the goodwill of the ward members and prayed God's choicest blessings on them. 

Truly, the cleaned Cemetery reflected the peace and calmness that one wishes for the departed souls.
