YCS Leadership Training 2026–27

The YCS Leadership Training 2026–27 was organized on Sunday, 12th July 2026, to equip members with leadership skills and inspire active participation in the YCS movement. The programme began with a welcome and introduction of the resource person by the animator, Mrs. Jonita Monteiro, followed by a session by the resource person Mr. Elson D'Souza, Hirgan.

Drawing from his personal journey, Mr. Elson shared how YCS helped him become a confident public speaker and leader. He encouraged the participants to develop self-confidence, self-love, and a sense of responsibility while introducing simple memory techniques and the qualities of good leadership.

The participants were divided into four groups for interactive discussions, followed by a question-and-answer session. The vote of thanks was rendered by Ms. Adleen Sequeira. 

The programme concluded with YCS Claps, a group photograph, and lunch, leaving the participants motivated to serve the mission of YCS with confidence and commitment.
