Drawing Competition 2022 by Youth CLC: Children and Youth Participate in Large Numbers

The members of Christian Life Community (CLC)-Youth Unit Derebail organised a Drawing Competition for the children and youth of Most Holy Redeemer Church, Derebail on 27th November, 2022 between 10.30 AM and 12 PM. 
The competition comprised of participants from Pre-school to Class 12. The competition was conducted in the Church Premises. The topics for the competition were based on Christmas theme. The competition was conducted in five categories. Refreshments were served to all the participants prior to the competition. The rules of the competition were read and explained by Mr. Reon Rodrigues and Mr. Shawn Pinto. 
A total of 110 children enthusiastically participated in the competition. Participation certificates were distributed to all the participants. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Joseph Martis, Rev. Fr. Gerald Pinto and Brother Vikas Pereira were present throughout the competition along with the animators Mr. Ullas D'Costa and Mr. Gerald Concessao, motivating the budding artists. The event was successfully coordinated by Mr. Shawn Pinto and Mr. Reon Rodrigues and was well supported by the rest of the Youth CLC members.
The competition ended with great contentment as the children of the parish seized this opportunity to showcase their creativity and artistic skills. It was indeed a memorable event for the children to explore their imagination.
